Aperture Export PDF to JPG for AsukaBook.

When creating albums in Aperture, to be printed by AsukaBook, you need to export the book as a PDF and the convert the pages to JPG files.  Aperture has a built in export PDF to jpg option, but it only exports as a 200 DPI file, AsukaBook requires 271 DPI files.

This export has been created to the meet the JPG size requirement of AsukaBook and will add the proper extension.
