Aperture is an all-in-one post-production tool for photographers and as it turns out is the premier photography workflow application for Mac OS X. What makes Aperture truly unique is it lets you import, manage, enhance your photos and design custom albums in one simple, integrated workflow.

Although Aperture has book templates already installed, they are limited in sizes, and to the design parameters that Apple is able print. Most professional photographers would outsource their album printing to one of the many other companies that specialize in album printing, such as KISS or Asuka Book.

One of the great features of Aperture is that you are able to create your own custom book layouts. Although these layouts can be tailored to the specific page sizes of the album company that you use, it is time consuming and tedious to create a new design from scratch. We here at Aperture Templates have taken the time to create at book templates, for some of the most common album companies and the most common album sizes.

Each album is specifically designed to the specifics laid out by the printing company (finished size, margins and bleeds).
